How to delete your data

Clinicast lets aesthetic-medicine clinics connect their own Instagram and TikTok accounts to see their results and publish their own videos. You can remove the data we hold at any time, in any of the ways below.

Option 1 — disconnect the account in Clinicast

Sign in to Clinicast, open You → Social connections, and press Disconnect next to the account. We immediately delete its access tokens, profile, synced posts, their metrics and its follower history. For TikTok we also ask TikTok to revoke our access. For Instagram, also remove Clinicast in Facebook under Settings → Business integrations to withdraw the permission inside Meta.

Option 2 — remove Clinicast inside the platform

TikTok: remove Clinicast from the apps connected to your TikTok account (Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions). TikTok notifies us and we delete the same data as in option 1 automatically.

Instagram: removing Clinicast in Facebook under Settings → Business integrations stops our access. To also delete the data we already hold, use option 1 or option 3.

Option 3 — delete your account

To delete your clinic's Clinicast account and all associated data, delete your account in Clinicast, or email privacy@clinicast.ai from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". For an email request we permanently delete it within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.

What we delete

• With option 1 or 2: the connected account's access and refresh tokens, its profile (name and profile picture link), its synced posts (captions, links and cover image links), their metrics, and its follower, following and video-count history.
• With option 3, in addition: the record of each post your clinic published through Clinicast (link, caption, settings and time), your generated scripts and rendered videos, and your clinic profile.

Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, tax and billing records), as described in our Privacy Policy.
